Founder & CEO, Starling Bank
Anne is CEO of Starling Bank and a member of its Board of Directors having founded the challenger bank in 2014.
As CEO, Anne oversees the Executive Leadership Team and focuses its vision on building the best possible customer experience.
The company aims to build a full-stack bank from scratch that uses cutting edge technology to offer a bespoke customer experience delivered through a smartphone. Starling picked up $70m in funding in January.
Previously, Anne was COO of Allied Irish Banks Plc and Head of EMEA, Global Transaction Banking across 34 countries for RBS and ABN AMRO.
She holds a BSc. Jt. Hons, in computer science and chemistry from Swansea University and an MBA from Middlesex University.
