Giovanni co-founded MoneyFarm to deliver the best solutions to protect and increase an individual’s wealth over time. As CEO he aims to create a culture of innovation that always starts from the customer.

The company has offices in London, Milan and Cagliari and rely on a community of more than 60,000 people who have embraced the core values of the project.

Prior to founding MoneyFarm, Giovanni worked in the Global Market Division at Deutsche Bank.

He graduated from Bocconi University with a degree in finance and has an Sc in mathematical trading and finance from Cass Business School.

PIERRE-JEAN HANARD

SHAREPA

Pierre-Jean developed SHAREPA while studying in MIT’s Sloan Fellow Program, having previously worked as Head of Private Wealth Client Segment and Chief of Staff to the COO at HSBC Private Bank.

SHAREPA aims to provides actionable, peer-based investment ideas and portfolios for non-professional investors by using social learning to support decision-making.

He is the co-founder of IDDEA, the first early-stage Swiss accelerator program focusing on sustainable investment. He also advises several startups in FinTech, in particular on storytelling – personal narrative and startup story – using his experience as coach at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Harvard Business School (Advanced Leadership Initiative Program).

Prior to his role as head of Private Wealth Clients Segment, Pierre-Jean held various management positions in Front-Office in London, Singapore and Geneva and worked side-by-side with CEO, COO and Regional Business Heads on strategy and business transformation programs.

Pierre-Jean earned an MBA as a Sloan Fellow from MIT (USA). He also holds a Bachelor degree in Management Science from the University of Liège (Belgium), a Master degree in Marketing Management from Vlerick Business School (Belgium) and a Master in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi (Italy).
