Mobile banking startup Bankjoy signs two credit unions

Fintech start-up Bankjoy has secured two clients for its online and mobile banking software, Georgia Heritage Federal Credit Union and Wepawaug-Flagg Federal Credit Union. Bankjoy, which was set up in 2015, says the two credit unions preferred its technology to that of other vendors as it “appeals best to young members”. Tim Beeson, director of IT at Georgia Heritage FCU comments: “We’re in a college town [Savannah, Georgia] and need to target millennials.” Bankjoy will provide Georgia Heritage FCU with most of its digital access technology, including online and mobile banking, bill pay, e-statements, and electronic account and loan applications.
