Duncan MacPherson is a Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets for Europe for Starwood Capital Group. In this role, Mr. MacPherson is responsible for all debt capital market activities for the Firm’s European investments. Prior to joining Starwood Capital in March 2012, Mr. MacPherson spent six years at Citigroup, where he served as a Director on the commercial real estate finance team in London. Before that, Mr. MacPherson held a number of roles at Barclays Capital in fixed income and interest rate derivatives. Mr. MacPherson received a B.S. degree in physics from the University of Edinburgh and an M.S. in information technology systems from the University of Strathclyde.

Martin Lemke (German) is managing director of AM alpha Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH and responsible for asset management, portfolio management and the platform in Asia.
With over 20 years of experience in real estate, he has in-depth expertise in strategic and operational portfolio enhancement, fund and asset management as well as acquisition of commercial real estate.
Before joining AM alpha in 2013 he held managing director positions for over 14 years within the PATRIZIA Immobilien AG where he headed PATRIZIA‘s commercial real estate activities as managing director of PATRIZIA GewerbeInvest KAG with responsibility for more than €4.5 billion assets under management worldwide. Martin managed international segregated accounts for leading European pensions.

Most of Robin’s 25 year career has been spent in investment banking with many years at NM Rothschild and ABN AMRO advising on, and successfully raising capital for, companies and funds across the globe, in a wide variety of sectors and from a broad spectrum of investors. At InfraRed Robin is responsible for building and managing the firm’s relationships with institutional investors globally in respect of both the firm’s real estate and infrastructure funds as well as structuring new real asset funds to meet those investors’ investment objectives.
Prior to joining InfraRed, Robin was an Executive Director at CBRE in London where he was responsible for raising equity and debt for property funds and companies. He graduated with a BA from the University of Birmingham and subsequently earned a Masters in Finance at London Business School.

Brian Klinksiek is a Senior Vice President and Director of European Investment Research. He is an equity owner of the firm. Brian is responsible for analysis of all property types in Europe, researching trends in macroeconomics, capital markets and property market fundamentals in order to form investment strategies. Brian participates in acquisition, asset management, and disposition decisions involving European properties.
Brian received a BA with honors and distinction from Stanford University and an MBA with high honors in finance and economics from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Managing Director, Landmark Partners
Mr. Parker is managing director for real estate in Europe and Asia at Landmark. He is responsible for the origination and execution of private equity real estate transactions and for investor client relations across the UK, continental Europe and Asia Pacific. He is based in London.
Prior to joining Landmark, Mr Parker was a director of DTZ Investment Management Ltd, an FSA regulated subsidiary of DTZ Plc., one of the leading global real estate advisers. He was responsible for the establishment, development and management of the multi-manager and fund of funds business including the launch of DTZ’s proprietary fund of funds. He was previously fund manager for two discretionary UK pension fund real estate portfolios, responsible for the development and implementation of investment strategy and transacting in excess of $1bn of direct and indirect real estate across Europe and Asia.
Mr Parker is a chartered surveyor (MRICS) who received an MA in Property Valuation and Law from London City University and a BSc with honours from Leeds University, UK. He is a member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF) in the UK.

AXA Investment Managers
Isabelle joined AXA Real Estate Investment Managers in 2001 to take responsibility for the activity and structuring real estate fund of funds. In 2005, it launched the platform of management of real estate debt, which currently manages more than 10 billion euros of commitments, including € 7.5 billion already invested on behalf of the AXA group of companies and more than 40 third-party clients from 10 different countries. The real estate receivables management platform for AXA Real Estate Investment Managers is a leader in the business, with a larger investment capacity among non-banks in Europe.
In 2013, Isabelle has supported the launch of the infrastructure debt platform, an initiative managed on behalf of the AXA Group which aims to invest up to 10 billion euros in infrastructure debt.
Isabelle began her career in 1989 at Paribas in the Large Cap Corporate Financing Department. In 1995, she joined the real estate financing department, where she was responsible for investor fundraiser.
Isabelle has 24 years experience in finance, including 18 in the management of real estate debt, and has a degree from IEP Paris.
Global Real Estate Multi Manager, Aviva Investors
John joined the investment industry in 1984 and Aviva Investors in September 2009. He is responsible for managing the real estate multi manager Europe team. Between 2005 and 2009 John was MD and global head of real estate fund of funds at BlackRock. Before that he was director of real estate investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston (Europe) Ltd. John’s career includes positions as a Pan-European real estate equities analyst and director at Credit Suisse First Boston and ABN Amro, director responsible for investment strategy at Savills Fund Management, associate director within DTZ Debenham Thorpe’s investment strategy unit, associate partner and head of research at KFR Research and at Merton Associates as research executive and property analyst. John started his career at McKinsey & Co as a research assistant. John is a Distinguished Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, has a degree in Economics and Geography from Lancaster University and did his investment exams at City University Business School.
Investment Director, Fidelity Worldwide Investment
Adrian is responsible for capital markets, fund structuring and new product development at Fidelity. He has 15 years experience of advising on and structuring real estate products, having previously worked at Invista Real Estate, UBS Investment Bank and PwC. During his career he has been responsible for the launch of several listed property vehicles, the origination and structuring of senior and junior debt as well as the launch of both domestic and international property funds. During his time at UBS, Adrian specialised in Real Estate Corporate Finance advising major listed companies on M&A, financing, IPOs and Credit Ratings.
Adrian joined Fidelity in 2008 and is part of the Senior Management team. He holds a MEng in Civil Engineering, qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and is an FSA approved person.

Elliot has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, and since 2009 has held the position of Head of
Investment at the ImmoFinRE Group. The ImmoFinRE group is a privately owned and independent company based in Luxembourg which manages three international real estate investment funds, as well as advising two specialist companies in Spanish Residential and LatAm Agribusiness. Previously, Elliot was a Managing Director with MGPA and Head of Investor Consulting with DTZ, and has advised institutional, corporate and private investors on real estate strategy and investment. Pertti Vanhanen is Head of Fund Management - Property and a member of Aberdeen’s property team executive board. Pertti was appointed to this position in July 2011, with responsibility for the strategic development of Aberdeen’s property products and processes globally. Pertti joined Aberdeen in 2002, initially as managing director of Aberdeen Property Investors Finland, following the company’s major expansion into the market. Pertti subsequently served as head of Aberdeen’s Nordic and Eastern European team, then as head of direct property, Europe before taking up his current role.
Pertti has over 20 years of industry experience, and has been a key driver in the launch of several non-listed property funds. He holds an Executive MBA, is a Certified Real Estate Manager, and is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Edward Bates is the Managing Director of STAM Europe. Zoe began her career at Bloomberg, where she was responsible for leading a team in the analytics department. Roland Fuchs is Head of European Real Estate Finance at Allianz Real Estate GmbH. He has over 20 years’ experience in European real estate finance, both in origination and portfolio management.
Before joining Allianz Real Estate GmbH, he held senior executive positions in DSL Bank and Westimmo, responsible for the built-up, expansion and management of international real estate finance. In his prior position as Managing Director of Helaba France, he repositioned Helaba as a major bank in the French market.

Mr. Momsen is a Vice President and Senior Managing Director, co-managing the US Real Estate platform at HMC. Mr. Momsen joined HMC in 2008 as a Managing Director to open HMC’s San Francisco, California office. Prior to joining HMC, Mr. Momsen worked at Deutsche Bank, where he served as Director and Head of the West Coast for the RREEF Real Estate Opportunity Fund Group. Before that, Mr. Momsen was with Deutsche Bank as a Vice President in the Real Estate Private Equity Group in New York. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Momsen was with Bankers Trust Company in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group.
Mr. Momsen has acquired or developed over 5.5 million square feet of office space, 4,000 apartment units, 6,440 hotel rooms and 750 condominium units. These acquisitions and developments represent approximately $2.5 billion in transactions.
Mr. Momsen graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. PSP Investments is one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers with C$125.8 billion in net assets under management as at September 30, 2016. As Managing Director, Real Estate Investments, Stéphane Jalbert is primarily responsible for new investment initiatives in the UK and Europe. In addition to sourcing and executing real estate transactions, he also manages the portfolio, including real estate investments in the UK and Europe, as well as strategic partnerships in the US and Canada.
Prior to joining PSP Investments in 2009, Stéphane worked for SITQ (now Ivanhoe Cambridge – Caisse de Dépôt et Placements du Québec), where he oversaw real estate acquisitions and development across North America as well as for Special Situations. He was previously at Standard Life Investments (Canada) where he was responsible for real estate investment management. At Clairvue, Mr. Cleveland focused on originating and executing investments in the U.S. and Europe. Before Clairvue, he was a Director at Liquid Realty Partners, an investment manager focused on real estate private equity secondaries. He has also served as a Vice President at Capital Dynamics, a Swiss-based private equity manager, and worked in the debt capital markets divisions of Credit Suisse First Boston and Bank of America.

Chung Keun Kim
Korean Investment Corporation
Mr. Chung Keun Kim is leading the real estate and infrastructure investment activities in Europe region. Since joining KIC in 2010, he was one of the original members establishing the global real estate investment platform initially building and managing over U$ 2 billion real estate portfolio around the globe. He also led setting up the industry research function within KIC for supporting the KIC's alternative investment program.
His working experiences have been extensively in cross-border investments and international finance for over 16 years. Prior to KIC, he led the Global Real Estate Acquisition Team as a frontier force for Mirae Asset Global Investments’ global real estate acquisition. He worked also as an acquisition manager at a North East Asia region focused real estate private equity firm, Asia Pacific Land(APL) and as advisor at

Christian Schulte Eistrup

Mr Schulte Eistrup is Managing Director and Head of Distribution at Optimum Asset Management (Luxembourg) S.A.. He is a member of the firm’s steering and investment committees. Mr Schulte Eistrup has over 20 years of experience in real estate and finance, including 14 years focused on real estate private capital markets.
Mr Schulte Eistrup was previously Head of EMEA for BlackRock Alternatives Specialists – Real Estate. In that capacity, he led the distribution across EMEA of BlackRock’s global real estate products and investment solutions. Before its acquisition by BlackRock in 2013, Mr Schulte Eistrup was Managing Director, Capital Markets and headed European distribution for MGPA, the Macquarie-backed real estate private equity firm. Prior to joining MGPA, Mr Schulte Eistrup was a Managing Director and Board Member of Corestate Capital AG, where he was responsible for product development, global capital raising and investor relations and was a member of the investment committee. Previously, he held various execution and business development roles at Morgan Stanley, lastly as European Head of Investment Strategy and Research at Morgan Stanley Real Estate.
Mr Schulte Eistrup is a former member of the Fund Manager Advisory Council of INREV, the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Georgetown University City Alliance. Mr Schulte Eistrup earned a BSFS from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Neil joined SLI in Q4 13 and set up a Commercial Real Estate Lending platform. SLI currently manages 3 Debt Funds focusing on the UK market.
SLI offer structured real estate finance that is tailored to clients’ strategies focusing on income producing properties across most of the real estate asset classes. Typical clients are from listed companies, global property funds, private companies, Sovereign Wealth Funds and high net worth individuals.
Neil is also a member of the Real Estate Management Team at Standard Life Investments, responsible for contributing to the development and execution of the Real Estate business strategy. He is also the current President of the Association of Property Lenders.
Previously Neil worked at PBB (Deutsche Pfandbrief Bank), initially as a Originator before moving to the non-core part of the Bank as the Senior Negotiator to restructure non compliant loans across Europe. Prior to PBB, he held Origination roles at RBS and Eurohypo (that was, now Wells Fargo).

St.John has recently been appointed as CEO of Sanlam’s Africa Investments business. This follows 2 years as CIO of Blue Ink and later the Group’s combined Multi-management businesses. St.John joined the Sanlam Group in 2012 with a track record of 21 years’ experience in the financial markets, 11 of which have been gained in the hedge fund industry. St.John moved over from Praesidium Capital where he was partner and portfolio manager from 2006 to 2012.

Christoph Wagner is Director of Debt Strategies at TH Real Estate. TH Real Estate manages $97bn of property globally, $27bn in Europe. The European debt platform was established in 2014 and currently manages a whole loan and mezzanine debt fund as well as a separate account mandate for senior debt in the UK. Christoph has been active in the industry for over 17 years in Europe including previous positions at BlackRock, Barclays and Morgan Stanley, with responsibility for origination, underwriting and structuring of loans, portfolio management, real estate structured finance, and asset management. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen.
Christophe G. de Taurines
Managing Director – European Investor Relations
Christophe G. de Taurines is responsible for the various aspects of investor relations, fund raising and associated activities in Europe.
Prior to joining the Colony Capital business in 2015, Mr. de Taurines was Founder and CEO of Capital & Marketing Group, a capital market agency focused on alternative investments. He is a Board Member of Sussex Place Ventures (affiliated to London Business School); a member of YPO/WPO; a Trustee of the Saint Martin in the Fields Trust and a member of Investment Property Forum. Mr. de Taurines received an MBA from the London Business School and a BBA from the George Washington University.
Optimum Asset Management
Mr Matta is the Founder, CEO and Chairman of Optimum Asset Management (Luxembourg) S.A., a real estate-focused investment firm currently managing €1.4bn of client assets. Mr Matta has been an active investor in the German real estate market for over 10 years. He previously held senior positions at leading financial institutions.
Mr Matta has over 20 years of experience in the investment business in New York, London and Continental Europe. After obtaining a university degree in Finance at Northeastern University in Boston, Mr Matta contributed to the development of the derivatives businesses of Merrill Lynch and Bankers Trust. In 1998 he joined Paribas (now BNP Paribas), where he focused on complex securitisation and structured credit derivatives transactions, and effectively created and sourced investment instruments for institutional investors globally. From 2001, Mr Matta was European Co-Head of Origination for Financial Institutions. He subsequently held senior roles at ABN AMRO Bank and Barclays Capital, where he focused on the distribution side of the investment business. In this capacity, Mr Matta worked closely with large institutional investors (Banks, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds) to address their investment/portfolio needs. In 2007, he became Managing Director of BMB Investment Management Partners SL, a Germany-focused real estate firm he co-founded prior to the establishment of Optimum Asset Management.
Dr Peter Hayes

Peter Hayes is a Managing Director at PGIM Real Estate and Global Head of Investment Research. Based in London, Peter is responsible for overseeing a global team that provides strategic advice and support to the investment management divisions of the business. Peter is a member of the Global and European Investment Committees and the Global Product Committee.
Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Peter held a number of positions, including Director and Global Head of Economic and Real Estate forecasting for DTZ, an international property advisory company; UK Economist at the Bank of England; and Lecturer in Economics at the University of Sheffield and Kings College, London.
Peter has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from University College, Swansea, a Master’s Degree in Macroeconomics from the University of Liverpool, and a Doctorate in Applied Economics from the University of Sheffield.
Managing Director & Co-Founder
Donal is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and was a co-founder of Ardstone. He is responsible for overseeing all Investments & Asset Management, formulating investment strategy and investor relations. He has extensive international real estate investment management experience. He has had direct involvement in over €1.8bn of real estate investments in eight different countries.
Prior to founding Ardstone, Donal was responsible for international real estate acquisitions with Friends First. During that period he worked alongside Donal Mulcahy where they established various real estate investment funds covering the UK, France and the Netherlands. Previously he worked with AEW Capital Management in Boston and also in London with their European platform, Curzon Global Partners. His main focus was acquisitions: deal origination, underwriting, and the transaction process. He has worked on deals in Boston, New York, Washington DC, Barcelona, London and Paris.
Donal joined DTZ straight from college, during which time he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. He is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and has an honours degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University, UK.
Head of Real Estate Debt, Cairn Capital
Peter was head of Cairn Capital’s property group before relocating to the asset management team and is a member of its Executive Management Committee. He joined Cairn Capital in 2008 to continue the development of its real estate platform. He was formerly a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers within the European Real Estate team with responsibility for credit, structuring and distribution of real estate secured debt product. He has been involved with commercial property throughout his career, other roles including running Standard & Poor’s European CMBS rating team, originating commercial mortgage loans for the Royal Bank of Scotland and training and practising as a valuer with Weatherall Green and Smith.
Fredrik Jonsson has been the Chief Investment Officer of Niam since 2007, a period during which Niam has transacted over EUR 8 billion worth of real estate in total, across 5 of its funds. This role followed a 15 year tenure within the real estate arms of listed Skanska AB. From 2002 to 2007 as head of Transactions, Business Development and Chief Operating Officer in the business unit responsible for commercial developments in CEE and the Nordic region outside Sweden. There he also took part in developing the group's overall strategic management and investment policies, as well as providing day to-day support to the management of local subsidiaries. From 1999 to 2002, he headed Skanska's Swedish Retail Park investment and development activities. From 1997 to 1999, he doubled seats as Development Manager and Head of Marketing and Leasing for Skanska's Commercial Developments in Stockholm. Mr Jonsson holds a Master of Science from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, paralleled by Law and Business Administration grades from Stockholm University.
