Kiran Patel

Kiran is Chief Investment Officer at Savills Investment Management with a global remit.  He is responsible for various investment functions including transactions, asset management, fund management and research.  As CIO and a member of the Global Executive Committee and various Boards, he is instrumental in the creation and implementation of investment and risk strategies, growing the business in terms of new business lines and international markets. He chairs and sits on various investment, risk and governance committees.

He manages a team of over 150 real estate investment professionals consisting of portfolio, asset, transaction and research managers, located throughout Europe and Asia in 18 offices, collectively being responsible for over approximately USD17bn worth of property investments.
