John Danes

John Danes is Head of Continental European Property Research and is based in the London office. John is responsible for the production of research publications, investor seminars, new business pitches, client presentations, new fund proposals and investment strategy. John also develops European fund investment plans and is a member of investment committees. He has 17 years of property investment experience. John joined Aberdeen in 2002 and was previously head of UK research and investment strategy. Previously, John worked as a European analyst at Property Market Analysis. John is a member of the Investment Property Forum and is a committee member for the British Council for Offices.

John graduated with a first class degree in Geography from Oxford University. John holds the IMC from the CFA Society of the UK and also completed the Investment Property Forum Diploma in 2005. John is an FCA Approved Person.
