Micro market-focused buyout house Evolution Capital Partners has hired Jessica Leonard as partner.
Leonard will be in the executive team and investment committee leader at Evolution Capital, according to her LinkedIn profile. She would be directing financial reporting, performance and cash position of portfolio companies and drive EBITDA improvement programs.
Leonard was senior manager of the national office of risk management at accounting firm RSM prior to joining Evolution. She also spent two years at KPMG in the earlier part of her career.
Jeffrey Kadlic, Evolution’s founding partner, said, “Jessica has a strong background working with a broad range of clients including private equity funds and the companies they own and understands the commitment that is required to be successful in this industry. She will be a tremendous asset to our growing team.”
Evolution invests in companies generating at least $500,000 of EBITDA, and has invested $100m of capital Since its launch in 2005.
