PayPal is giving its merchant-clients an upgrade. This week the company launched PayPal Business app, which allows merchants to to create and send invoices, manage account activity, withdraw funds, issue refunds, send payment reminders, view and edit customer information, said Arnold Goldberg, PayPal’s VP of merchant product and technology, in a blog post yesterday.
