Virtual data rooms for due diligence firm Drooms has acquired private equity deal flow platform DealMarket.
The financial terms of the deal are undisclosed.
Drooms says the acquisition will strengthen its portfolio of services and allow it to support clients through the entire lifecycle of a deal.
While Drooms is occupied with the exchange of confidential documents, DealMarket’s core competencies lay in the field of process management for investments.
Zurich-based DealMarket’s 11-strong team will continue to expand its existing software portfolio under Droom’s brand.
Drooms CEO and co-founder Jan Hoffmeister said, “With the acquisition of DealMarket we are closing in on our target of managing the entire lifecycle of valuable assets.
