Marcel Brinkman

Marcel Brinkman is a partner in McKinsey’s London office, where he works with infrastructure investors, private equity investors, energy companies and industrial companies.

Marcel leads McKinsey’s infrastructure investor activities within the European Private Equity and Principal Investment practice, coordinating our client service to European infrastructure investors with a large team of colleagues.

He has extensive experience in due diligence, merger management, value creation plans, corporate strategy, company transformation and turnarounds, decarbonization, cost reductions and exit and sale processes.
