Alex Doyle

Alex is the Deputy Chief Impact Officer at the UK Infrastructure Bank, seconded from the UK’s Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy where she was the Head of International Green Finance.

She has worked on public policy for 15 years, specialising in the role of finance in climate change policy. Most recently she developed the finance campaign for the UK’s presidency of COP26, helped develop the UK’s Green Finance Strategy, worked with the Green Investment Group to launch innovative climate finance vehicles and was the UK’s Climate Attaché in Washington DC. She has a Masters in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from London School of Economics.
