Julia Carter

Julia joined LPPI in November 2021 and supports the team with the origination, execution and management of Infrastructure Investments for both LPPI and GLIL. She represents GLIL on the boards of Lyceum Solar and Forth Ports.

Prior to joining, Julia worked at Triple Point in the Energy team where she focused on the origination of renewable and energy efficiency projects. Prior to that she worked at John Laing in the investment performance team where she gained experience in the valuation and management of energy and infrastructure projects and at EY in the Valuation and Business Modelling team. Julia also has experience as an engineer working on electric vehicles and battery storage systems.

She graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and gained her Masters in Engineering from the University of Southampton. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
