Stephan Rupert

Stephan Rupert is Senior Director, Infrastructure Investments, at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). Mr. Rupert focuses on capital investment and asset management for the energy and transportation sectors. Mr. Rupert has over 20 years of experience in international mergers and acquisitions, asset management and operations.

Prior to joining PSP Investments in 2013, he held the position of Vice President of Corporate Development at RailAmerica. From 2002 to 2009, he held various positions in M&A, Finance and Investor Relations at Canadian National Railway, and from 1997 to 2001 he worked as an engineer on several highway, water and railroad construction projects in North America and Africa.

Mr. Rupert holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and an MBA – both from McGill University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
