Mike Weston

Mike Weston has been Chief Executive of The Pensions Infrastructure Platform (PiP) since 2014 and has worked in the UK institutional investment industry for over 25 years. PiP was established by major UK pension plans to provide cost effective access to UK infrastructure investments.  PiP’s interests are fully aligned with its investors’, and PiP is considered as a trusted advisor for the asset class.

PiP’s Multi Strategy Infrastructure Fund was launched in 2016.  The fund focuses on UK infrastructure and has recently achieved its initial investment target, with renewable energy forming an important part of this portfolio. The platform offers both fund and co-investment opportunities to institutional investors. Mike holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
