Ingmar Helmke

Ingmar Helmke is a senior investment manager at Aquila Capital’s Energy & Infrastructure EMEA team. He focuses on the deal origination and execution of renewable energy and energy infrastructure transactions. Ingmar has fifteen years of professional experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, he was an investment manager at Altira Group (today FinLab) and he worked in the renewables team at IPB. His prior experience also includes working in the private equity and M&A practices of different law firms and for a bank. Ingmar is attorney-at-law (Humboldt University Berlin), holds a degree in business administration and economics (Bayreuth University) and is a certified banker (IHK Hamburg).
