AXA Private Equity in massive secondaries push

French listed private equity group Eurazeo has granted Carlyle an extension on its exclusive talks to buy portfolio business B&B Hotels, having formerly allowed the buy-out house a week to decide whether it wanted to take the budget hotel chain.
Eurazeo, a French listed private equity firm, said that it is in exclusive negotiations with Carlyle over the sale of its budget hotel chain B&B Hotels.
