Vision Capital acquires Nordic financial company from Palamon Partners PDF Print E-mail

UK private equity firm Vision Capital has bought Nordax Finans, a provider of loans in the Nordic Region, from European growth investor Palamon Capital Partners. The deal is valued at €105m and gives Palamon a 3.7 times return on its original investment.
