Eniac Ventures closes fourth fund with $100m

Eniac Ventures has closed its fourth fund with $100m to invest in Seed-stage opportunities.

The firm has offices in San Francisco and New York and offers its portfolio companies access to its support platform.

The Eniac Platform aims to provide startups expertise in areas such as recruitment, PR, operations, business development, networking and fundraising.

The firm counts mobile banking app Zero among its portfolio, having led its September $2.5m Seed round.

Eniac also participated in auto-financing service AutoFi’s November 2015 $2.5m Seed round.

The fund is the firm’s fourth since 2010 and follows on from the $55m ENIAC Ventures III fund it closed in January 2015.

Eniac says it is interested in investing in conversational UIs and software disrupting mature industries as well as robotics and VR/AR with AI underlying technology across all sectors.
