Gunilla Nilsson

Gunilla Nilsson is a senior investment manager at Swedfund International, the Swedish development finance institution, where she focuses on energy & climate-related investments, which is one of Swedfund’s core sectors due to its strong development impact. Swedfund’s mission is to invest in, and provide long-term debt to, financially and environmentally sustainable businesses in developing countries including Sub-Saharan Africa.

Prior to joining Swedfund, Gunilla worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), focussing on power projects in the ex-CIS countries, as well as Citi where she was a vice president in the global M&A team.
